Faith to Finances – Financial Empowerment for Women

Program Overview

This program equips women with practical financial literacy tools through a faith-based lens. From budgeting and credit repair to entrepreneurship and homeownership, Faith to Finances is designed to help women regain control of their finances and live in financial freedom.

Goals:

  • Educate women on money management and debt recovery
  • Promote long-term financial independence
  • Encourage faith-led financial decision-making
  • Create pathways to business ownership and home stability

Needs Addressed:

  • Poverty, financial instability, and lack of access to financial education
  • Over-reliance on unhealthy financial dependencies
  • Generational cycles of lack or economic insecurity

Operating Procedures:

  • Offered as an 8-week hybrid course (in-person or online)
  • Includes weekly workshops led by financial coaches and guest speakers
  • Breakout sessions on budgeting, savings, credit rebuilding, investing, and real estate
  • Optional one-on-one mentorship available for deeper financial planning

How It Works:

Participants receive workbooks, worksheets, and toolkits. Upon completion, they get access to a resource hub with partner banks, credit unions, and grant opportunities. Graduates are encouraged to mentor future cohorts.
