Designed for teen girls (ages 13–19), Daughters of Destiny focuses on identity, purpose, and leadership development. Through mentorship, workshops, and real-talk sessions, young women learn how to navigate life with confidence, integrity, and vision.
Goals:
- Equip teen girls with tools for emotional intelligence and decision-making
- Build a strong foundation of self-worth, faith, and purpose
- Connect girls with mentors who walk alongside them through adolescence
- Prevent at-risk behaviors through early intervention and leadership training
Needs Addressed:
- Low self-esteem, peer pressure, social isolation
- Lack of positive role models or structured guidance
- Exposure to trauma, neglect, or adverse experiences
Operating Procedures:
- Year-round mentorship program with monthly gatherings and quarterly retreats
- Partnered with schools, youth centers, and churches for recruitment
- Curriculum includes sessions on healthy relationships, identity, career exploration, and goal-setting
- Parents or guardians are invited to join bi-annual family workshops
How It Works:
Each girl is paired with a mentor who checks in weekly. Participants also receive leadership badges and graduation certificates. Alumni can join a teen-led advisory board to continue shaping the next generation.
